Quick starting points from our engineering team. Send us your application and we'll recommend the right grade — including cheaper options when they meet your spec.
7075 aluminum, 4140 alloy steel, or Titanium Grade 5. Best strength-to-weight for structural and load-bearing parts.
316/316L stainless, or 6061 aluminum with anodizing. Marine, food-grade, and chemical environments.
PEEK, PTFE, or titanium. High service temperatures, aggressive chemicals, or electrical insulation required.
6061 aluminum and 1018 steel machine fast and cost less. Brass C360 for small intricate parts and fittings.
Finishing is handled through vetted local partners and verified before shipment — thickness measurements included in your inspection report.
Clear, black, and color anodizing for aluminum. Hardcoat (Type III) for wear resistance. Thickness verified per batch (e.g., 15±2μm).
Electroless nickel for uniform coverage and corrosion protection; zinc plating for steel parts. Passivation for stainless components.
Bead blasting for uniform matte texture before anodizing. Powder coating for durable color finishes on brackets and enclosures.
